Private desktop notes that never leave your computer.

A minimalist desktop notes app for people who want their notes to stay on their own computer. No account, no cloud sync, no telemetry. Runs on Windows, macOS and Linux.

It is an Electron app with a React and shadcn/ui interface and a Tiptap rich-text editor. Notes are stored in SQLite, with a full-text search index (FTS5) behind the command palette. Notes can be exported to a portable archive encrypted with AES-256-GCM (key derived with scrypt) and imported on another computer.
